Do you have a showroom?
We’re an online-first store, which allows us to keep things simple and focus on sourcing well-made pieces at fair prices. While we don’t have a traditional showroom, it is possible to view selected items prior to purchase in our supplier’s Auckland showrooms, Monday to Friday. Can I collect my order?
Sure thing! — customer collection is available in Auckland for many items. This can be a convenient option for larger pieces, and we’ll provide the collection details once your order is ready.
Is the furniture good quality?
Yes — we’re really particular about what we offer. We choose pieces we’d (and do) have in our own homes, so they need to look good, feel comfortable, and hold up over time. That means solid materials, considered construction, and finishes that age well rather than wear out. If you’d like to see it for yourself, you’re welcome to view selected pieces in our Auckland supplier showrooms during the week.
What are the delivery costs and timeframes?
We ship nationwide and shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.
Shipping is clearly displayed on the checkout prior to payment.
Homewares and smaller furniture items (under 0.12m²) are sent via courier:
- North Island: 2–5 business days
- South Island: 4–10 business days
Larger furniture items are delivered via Mainfreight2Home or a similar service:
- North Island: 3–7 business days
- South Island: 6–14 business days
We’ll keep you updated along the way so you know exactly what to expect.
Can you help me choose the right piece?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure about sizing, materials, or how something will work in your space, just reach out. We’re a small NZ-owned business, so you’ll get thoughtful, practical advice — not generic responses.
Do you have sales?
We don’t usually run site-wide sales, because our pricing is already set to offer strong everyday value. Rather than inflating prices just to discount them later, we aim to keep our prices fair and competitive from the start.
If you’ve found a piece you love, we don’t recommend waiting for a sale. With global supply pressures, fuel costs, exchange rates, and shipping uncertainty, furniture prices are more likely to rise than fall over time.
We do occasionally discount individual end-of-line, clearance, or last-chance pieces, and subscribers may also receive access to occasional special pricing on selected products. These offers are usually limited to specific items and available quantities, so signing up is the best way to hear about them when they’re available.
