Teak Tray

Carved from solid teak, the Teak Tray has a substantial, low-set form shaped by the warmth and natural movement of the timber. Its softly rounded rectangular profile and gently recessed centre give the piece an organic quality, while visible grain, knots and tonal variation keep the surface visually expressive. The warm honey-brown colouring sits comfortably alongside stone, linen, ceramics and other natural materials, making it well suited to relaxed contemporary, Japandi and coastal interiors. At 40cm long, its proportions give it enough presence for a coffee table, console or dining setting without feeling oversized.

Design Details

• Solid teak: Rich grain, natural markings and tonal variation give each tray its individual character.
• Carved form: A recessed centre, broad rim and softly rounded corners create a sculptural, substantial profile.
• Warm natural finish: The timber's earthy brown tones introduce warmth and texture without adding visual clutter.

Why It Works

• Brings organic texture into interiors dominated by smoother materials such as stone, glass, plaster or ceramic.
• Its elongated, low profile works particularly well as a grounding element on coffee tables, consoles and larger surfaces.
• Pairs naturally with restrained palettes of warm white, sand, charcoal, olive and other timber tones.
